Ahh...peace at last!! I couldn't resist taking these pictures after the kids finally were asleep last night!! While travelling in Asia, we have found that most of the time we need to get two connecting rooms because the rooms are very small and they usually offer 2 twin beds or 1 double bed. We stayed at a Sofitel (which I would highly recommend if you plan on going to Xi'an!!) that did not offer connecting rooms, so we decided to deal with fitting all of us into 1 room for 1 night! Thankfully, the wonderful people at the hotel decided to upgrade us to a premier room so we would have more space! This is what I found after I came back from a massage...
