I've had several people call and ask if we are okay from the earthquake that happened yesterday. We are fine and honestly didn't feel a thing! I had no idea that it had happened until I was chatting with my friend Heidi and she asked if we had felt the earthquake. I had to go onto Yahoo to read about it! Hopefully the damage was minimal. It was located very close to the "big one" that occurred in May. Apparently the Olympic torch had just passed through the area hours earlier. Speaking of the Olympics, please pray that all goes well and that the Olympics truly reflects the hard work done by the athletes and this coutry in their preparations.
I'll write more later today - we're off to the zoo!
